What does hair transplant mean?
Hair transplantation is a plastic surgery procedure developed to treat certain forms of hair loss and hair thinning, which is primarily used to treat the symptoms of androgenic alopecia (hormonal hair loss).
The procedure is based on a developmental basis that allows hair follicles in the front half of the head to be sensitive to the hormone DHT (dihydrotestosterone hormone), while those in the back of the head are not. PRP Therapy (also known as: Platelet- Rish Plasma)
Description: this is a three-step, direct medical treatment with PRP injection for the treatment of hair loss, during which the patient’s blood is drawn, processed/separated, and then injected into the scalp.
Step 1: suction of the patient’s own blood from the affected head tissue with 1 or 2 tubes,
Step 2: processing and separation of platelet-poor and platelet-rich blood cells in a so-called centrifuge,
