Data processors

Data Ownership Rights and Enforcement

If you do not want your personal data to be used to communicate commercial offers, you have the right to prohibit this without giving any reason. You must send your deletion request in writing to the Data Controller, by e-mail or in the form of a postal letter, to the contact details indicated in the Imprint.

Protection of personal data of minors and persons with limited legal capacity

The website of M & A International Ltd., as well as the content of its publications, are mostly not intended for minors under the age of 13. We do not manage or collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent. Parents or guardians can request the release or deletion of the child’s data. If the age becomes apparent to the Data Controller in the course of data management and data processing, in that case the data can be used to obtain parental consent.
